Serinuma Kae is a chubby second-year high school student and an avid fujoshi[1] who secretly ships her classmates, Igarashi-kun and Nanashima-kun. The death of her favorite anime character causes her to become stressed--and loses weight rapidly. Now that Serinuma has become an attractive girl to her classmates, her snarky kouhai Shinomiya-kun, and her senpai Mutsumi. How is she going to deal with them... with her constant BL-filled fujoshi mind?

Serinuma Kae, a fujoshi in her second year of high school and part of the history club. Although at the beginning of the series she's over-weight and doesn't have many friends apart from a classmate called A-chan, after spending a week without eating due to depression after her favourite fictional character dies, she becomes skinny and conventionally attractive, thus gaining four suitors of her own. However, she isn't interested in any of them.
